How to wrap pack of cigarettes by the machine?
- After the cigarette pack is manually put into the hopper, the back pusher is wrapped with the film at the film cutting machine and then pushed into the mold cavity of the turret.
- When the turret rotates 90°, the folding film swing arm in the pre-sealed part moves to fold the film on one side from the outside to the inside.
- The pre-sealed swing arm also folds the film on the other side from the outside to the inside and performs pre-sealing.
- After the pre-sealing is completed, the folded swing arm and the pre-sealed swing arm are retracted separately.
- When the turret rotates another 45°, the long-seal component heat-seals the cigarette pack and then returns.
- When the turret rotates another 45°, the pusher of the discharge propeller pushes the cigarette pack out of the turret mold cavity and enters the side seal part.
- The cigarette pack is sequentially folded on both sides of the upper edge, lower edge, front and rear side sealing.
- Driven by the cigarette pack at the back, it enters the shaping part, and after shaping, it becomes a finished product and leaves the factory.
What should you pay attention to when using the machine to wrap cigarette pack?
- Special personnel should be arranged for operation and maintenance.
- Always check the oil level in the gearbox, and the oil level should be no less than 2/3 of the height of the box.
- All chain drives, gear drives, cam drives and sheave drives are all lubricated with grease. Grease should be added every three months. At the same time, check the working conditions of the tensioning sprockets regularly according to the transmission conditions and make adjustments at any time.
- The machine should be kept tidy and beautiful, and the outer cover and surface of the machine should be cleaned regularly with a soft cloth.
- If you do not use the machine for a long time, please clean the cutter part.
- When it is found that the transmission positions of the machine are not synchronized (advanced or lagging), the machine should be shut down and checked immediately to find out the cause, and then restart the machine after troubleshooting, otherwise other parts of the machine may be easily damaged.
